Chickpeas, Roasted

Ingredients:

  • Chickpeas, drained, rinsed, and dried (15 oz.)
  • Olive Oil (1 tbsp?)
  • Sea Salt (.5 tsp?)
  • Paprika or Smoked Paprika (.25 tsp?)

Directions:

  1. Mix Chickpeas with Olive Oil and Salt,
  2. Spread on parchment covered baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes
  4. While warm, toss chickpeas with Paprika (or other spices).
