Corn and Tomato Pasta

Ingredients:

  • Pasta (1 lb.)
  • Olive Oil (.25 cups)
  • Corn, Frozen (12 – 16 oz.)
  • Grape Tomatoes, quartered (1 qt.)
  • Cream Cheese (4 oz.)
  • Black Pepper (1 tsp.)
  • Salt (1 tsp.)

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta
  2. Separately, saute Tomatoes and Corn in Olive Oil until corn is soft.
  3. Add Cream Cheese and cook until melted.
  4. Add Salt and Pepper
  5. Mix with Pasta and serve
