Ingredients:
- Chickpeas, drained and food processed (15 oz)
- Beets, peeled, boiled, and grated. (2 cups)
- Chickpea Flour (2 tbsp)
- Parsley, dried (1 tbsp?)
- Oregano, dried (2 tsp?)
- Salt (1 tsp?)
- Black Pepper (.5 tsp?)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients.
- Form into 6 patties and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350 degreed for 15 minutes, flip and bake for another 10-15 minutes.
