Ingredients:
- Zucchini, quarter slices (1.5 lbs.)
- Vine Tomatoes, wedges (1.5 lbs.)
- Pasta (12 oz.)
- Garlic, minced (1 tsp.)
- Basil (2 tbsp.)
- Olive Oil (2 tbsp.)
- Parmesan Cheese
Directions:
- Boil Pasta
- Saute Garlic in Olive Oil.
- Add Zucchini and cook until tender.
- Add Tomatoes and Basil, cook until wilted.
- Serve over pasta and top with Parmesan.
