Ingredients:
- Onion, diced (sm.)
- Frozen Mixed Vegetables (1.5 – 2 lbs.)
- Garlic, minced (.5 tsp.)
- White Rice (2 cups)
- Butter (1 tbsp.)
- Turmeric (.25 tsp.)
- Allspice (1 tsp.)
- Salt (1 tsp.)
- Black Pepper (.5 tsp.)
- Olive Oil (2 tbsp.)
Directions:
- Saute Onion and Garlic in Olive Oil in pressure cooker.
- Add Frozen Vegetables and Rice and 3.5 cups water.
- Stir in Turmeric, Allspice, Salt, and Black Pepper.
- Cook under pressure for 9 minutes.
