Ingredients:
- Bananas, ripe (2-3)
- Egg (1)
- Flour, sifted (2.5 cups)
- Sugar (1 cup)
- Baking Powder (3.5 tsp.)
- Salt (1 tsp.)
- Canola Oil (3 tbsp.)
- Milk (.75 cups)
- Walnuts, chopped OPTIONAL (1 cup)
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a large blender (or use electric mixer).
- Grease and flour loaf pan.
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake 60-65 minutes, rotating halfway, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Immediately remove from pan and place on cooling rack.
