Ingredients:
- Mixed Vegetables, frozen (1.5 – 2 cups)
- Brown Rice (2 cups)
- Eggs (6)
- Soy Sauce (.5 cups)
- Butter (1-2 tbsp.)
Directions:
- In Instant Pot, cook Rice, Mixed Veggies and 3.75 cups water under pressure for 17 minutes).
- When pressure comes down, melt butter in a pan.
- Beat Eggs and pour into pan.
- When Scrambled Eggs are done, add to Rice.
