Pot Pie

Ingredients:

  • Biscuit Dough without Yeast (see separate recipe)
  • Mixed Veggies, frozen (2 lbs.)
  • Spinach, thawed (20 oz.)
  • Cheddar Cheese (16 oz.)
  • Vegetable Stock (2.5 cups)
  • Thyme (1 tbsp)
  • Garlic Salt (1 tsp.)
  • Black Pepper (.75 tsp.)
  • Cornstarch (2 tbsp.)

Directions:

  1. Cook Mixed Vegetables in Stock
  2. Add Thyme, Garlic Salt, and Black Pepper.
  3. Dissolve Cornstarch in water and add.
  4. Pour into 9 X 13 Baking dish
  5. Layer on Spinach and then cheese.
  6. Roll out dough and place on top, leaving three holes to vent
  7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
