Ingredients:
- Biscuit Dough without Yeast (see separate recipe)
- Mixed Veggies, frozen (2 lbs.)
- Spinach, thawed (20 oz.)
- Cheddar Cheese (16 oz.)
- Vegetable Stock (2.5 cups)
- Thyme (1 tbsp)
- Garlic Salt (1 tsp.)
- Black Pepper (.75 tsp.)
- Cornstarch (2 tbsp.)
Directions:
- Cook Mixed Vegetables in Stock
- Add Thyme, Garlic Salt, and Black Pepper.
- Dissolve Cornstarch in water and add.
- Pour into 9 X 13 Baking dish
- Layer on Spinach and then cheese.
- Roll out dough and place on top, leaving three holes to vent
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
