Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes, peeled and diced (3.5 lbs.)
  • Half & Half or Milk (2 cups)
  • Minced Garlic (3 tsp.)
  • Parmesan (6 oz.)

Directions:

  1. Boil Potatoes in water until soft.
  2. Heat Half & Half and Garlic until simmering.
  3. Drain potatoes.
  4. Mix Garlic-Cream Sauce and Potatoes and mash.
  5. Let thicken for 5 minutes and serve.
