Ingredients
- Broccoli, Frozen (2 lbs)
- Milk, warmed (4 cups)
- Flour (6 tbsp.)
- Broth (4 cups)
- Butter (4 tbsp.)
- Salt (2 tsp.)
- Black Pepper (1 tsp.)
Directions
- Melt Butter in stock pot.
- Whisk in flour.
- Slowly add Milk and heat until bubbly.
- Add Stock and bring to a boil.
- Add Broccoli, Salt, and Pepper.
- Cook until Broccoli is soft.
