Ingredients:
- Cauliflower, in florets (1 head)
- Onion, diced (small)
- Cheddar Cheese (6 oz.)
- Butter
- Milk (1 cup)
- Flour (2 tbsp.)
- Black Pepper (pinch)
- Nutmeg (pinch)
Directions:
- Steam cauliflower in steamer, 5-7 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9×9 baking dish.
- Saute Onion in Butter until soft.
- Whisk in Flour.
- Whisk in Milk (warmed) slowly.
- Remove sauce from heat, stir in half of the cheddar and add pepper and nutmeg.
- Place Cauliflower in dish and cover in sauce. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- Bake until cheese is melted and brown (25 minutes).
